There are several prop firm passing services out there, and I suspect many of them might be scams. However, I know of a few that seem legit—my friend used one, passed both phases, and now has a funded account. I won’t name these services or respond to PMs; I started this thread to discuss them. I still find it hard to understand how this is possible. According to my friend, they used a high-frequency trading (HFT) bot to pass the challenges. They didn’t do this with shady firms but with reputable ones like FMTO, and they also offer services for MFF.
Is there a catch here? Could these passing service firms have an “agreement” with the prop firms since it’s a win-win situation for both? Many people who buy the passing service are likely to blow up their accounts quickly anyway. Could they be working together? What are your thoughts on these services? Is it all a scam? If so, how did my friend succeed? Maybe they’ll find a reason to close the account once you attempt your first withdrawal.
It’s tempting to buy such a service, but I want to see how it goes with my friend and hear opinions and feedback from this community first. What do you think?
