Lost on my trading journey and don't know how to proceed

*not trying to come off whining, just need advice.*

I have been in my consistent learning journey since about March/April this year. Although, everything that I have learned is nothing new as I have been on and off learning forex since about 2021.

I honestly believe I understand the basics of it all, but I can’t articulate a strategy for myself. I have watched so many videos on YT and it really just left my mind scrambled. I see why people say less information, the better.

I can only trade the Asian Session because that’s all the time I have because of work. I really just can’t find a trading style for me. I don’t know if I should scalp or intraday. SnR or SnD or something else. I just watched too many videos that nothing makes sense anymore and I don’t know if I am making any progress.

*just needed to let off some steam, advice or motivation would be extremely appreciated. At the end of the day, I am going to keep pushing through to make this work.*

Just slow down, pick one pair, 4H chart, and trade with the trend for a while.

Random advice.

Pick a time frame that works (m15 or H1), pick a side (I will only look for longs or only look for shorts) and give yourself time. Picking one side removes overthinking and high timeframe removes the need to act always. Then use any strategy you know and just collect data and forward test on demo. Really start with what you know but pick one side of the market to trade. This was what helped me.

Asia session spread is horrible for scalps, even trading intraday, you’ll probably get stopped on London open volatility unless your SL is massive.

Backtest your strategy on the Asian session to see if your strategy really has an edge. If not, consider going up to a higher timeframe (H4 or Daily).

You should at least pick a single strategy from all the videos you watched. There’s bound to be one that resonates more with you and corresponds to your market beliefs.

The strategy itself is irrelevant. Yes. What is important is how you execute on that strategy, and how consistent you are in the approach.

If you learn to trade the 4H then you only need to check your charts 2-3 times per day. That should help you trade London and Asia.
I do my analysis on Sunday for the week ahead, I pick out a few pairs that look like they might give me an entry later in the week. Once I’ve done that I only need to check the charts a couple of times per day to see if I have an entry. Also, because I’ve already done my analysis on Sunday with my laptop, I can use my phone to do my daily checks throughout the week (as I’ve already drawn my supply demand zones).
