Hey everyone! I’ve been watching XAU (gold) closely and recently opened some buy orders expecting it to go up, but it keeps trending downward. I’m feeling a bit anxious about my positions.
I’ve been analyzing the market and trying to identify key factors that might influence a bullish move. What do you all think? When do you expect XAU to finally head in the upward direction?
Are there specific indicators or news events I should be paying attention to that could signal a reversal?
A few of us think that this week will be bad for index funds, and that usually means gold and some other commodities will also go down. If you focus on the price movements rather than the indicators, it shows that prices are likely to keep falling. Let’s wait and see what happens over the next week.
I believe we’ll hit 2614.22 before starting to rise again. I’m expecting a small drop to around $2600 before we move back up past the all-time high and reach about $2800.
You’re a bit late to the party! Gold has been rising for a month and hit its peak last week, but it seems to be going down now. What’s your stop-loss? (Though I’m guessing you probably didn’t set one.)
