How Do You Mentally Reset After Losing Trades?

I’m looking for some advice on how to mentally reset after a series of losing trades in Forex. It can be really tough to bounce back after a losing streak, and I want to know what techniques or strategies you use to get back on track.

Do you take a step back from the charts for a bit? Do you reassess your trading approach or maybe focus on something completely different for a while? I’d love to hear how you build that mental resilience to come back stronger.

Just take a break from trading until you forget about it. Then come back to the charts to get your rhythm back and start trading again. This really helps me, especially with a funded account.
